If you’ve completed an online CPR, BLS, or First Aid course through onlineAHA.org, the next step is an in-person Skills Evaluation to complete your certification.

Let’s Do CPR offers private, instructor-led skills checks in Fayetteville, NC for individuals and company employees. Our skills sessions are AHA-compliant and cover the hands-on components required to issue your 2-year certification card.

What Is a Skills Evaluation?

A skills evaluation is the hands-on portion of an AHA blended learning course. You must complete the online training (Part 1) before attending the evaluation (Part 2).

During the evaluation, you'll demonstrate:

  • CPR for adults, children, and infants (as applicable)
     

  • Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
     

  • First aid procedures (if applicable to the course)
     

  • Rescue breathing and choking response techniques
     

  • Safe and effective emergency response steps
     

Once you pass the evaluation, you will receive your official AHA certification card, valid for two years.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

  • Before your evaluation:

  • Bring a notebook for note-taking

  • Wear comfortable clothing — you'll be practicing on CPR manikins

Scheduling & Contact

Skills evaluations are scheduled individually to ensure personal attention and safety.

To schedule your evaluation:

Classes are offered Monday–Thursday, with some Saturday sessions available for groups.

Company & Group Evaluations

Need skills evaluations for multiple team members?

We offer:

  • Group scheduling for 5+ employees

  • On-site evaluations at your facility (ask for availability)

  • Payment by check, cash, or invoice

  • Saturday options for businesses by appointment

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

  • No refunds are given for cancellations or missed classes, except in cases of emergencies with valid proof.

  • A one-time transfer is allowed if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling

  • Group clients must notify us 24 hours in advance for transfers
